Marco Dern has been part of WTS since 2005. In his role as Key Account Partner, he is responsible for a large international client from the automotive industry. In addition, he is a member of the Managing Partner Circle, which develops and drives forward the growth strategy of WTS together with the Executive Board.
A special concern of Marco Dern is the promotion of WTS junior consultants. As a mentor, he is therefore actively involved in the further development of the WTS human resources development strategy. He sees satisfied, motivated and well-trained employees as an essential component for the continued success of WTS.
Overall, Marco Dern can look back on more than 20 years of professional experience in the entire range of corporate tax and international tax law. In this context, his focus is on the outsourcing of tax functions within the framework of our unique business partnering model. He has extensive knowledge in the management of complete tax functions and supports companies in mastering the increasingly complex tax challenges.
