Sebastian Kratz

Director

Sebastian Kratz studied law at the Universities of Passau and Bonn. After completing his legal clerkship at the Wiesbaden Regional Court, he was admitted to the bar in Frankfurt am Main in 2010. In the same year, he started his consulting activities at a Big4 company in Frankfurt. Sebastian has been working for WTS at the Düsseldorf office since the beginning of 2022.

His focus in the area of VAT is on advising internationally active groups and companies from numerous industries such as banking and financial services, e-commerce, digital services, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, automotive and real estate.

The foundations of solution-oriented consulting are trust, understanding for the other person and the will to make things better together.
